7 ways to give yourself a quick REBOOT:
1. Take a short power walk.
2. Have a 25 minute turbo-nap.
3. Do a mini meditation.
4. Sit in silence.
5. Take 3 deep breaths in and out.
6. Drink a large glass of room temperature water.
7. Feel present with yourself. Any of the above can bring you back to life in the middle of a challenging day. Try each to find out what works best for you.
