1. No daily 9-6 Job Search routine.
2. Non-ATS compliant Resume.
3. Resume does not highlight transferable skills and achievements.
4. Resume lacks clear direction.
5. Resumes sent via email without Cover Email.
6. LinkedIn Profile is incomplete, lacks job-titled headline and a summary.
7. Resume and LinkedIn Profile are not aligned.
8. Unfocused networking. Eg. If looking for a role in construction, don’t waste time sending your Resume to bankers.
