Project Manager: 15 years of general experience in implementing or supervision (10 years in Buildings and Schools). Two similar projects. Proof of Level IV English.
Resident Engineer: (3 Engineers): civil engineers, 10 years of experience, two similar projects, fluent in English.
Safety Officers: (3 Officers): engineers or officers with 5 years of experience as safety officer.
