Experience: 6-8 years experience in waterproofing knowledge
1) Hands on experience in planning, supervision and completion of Civil Construction Works – Preparing Reviewing Civil Engineering Drawings. Preparing of Site Work Procedures, Method Statements, and Coordination of design changes for site conditions and requirements, Control of Sub Contractors Works,
2) Planning of Man Power (Juniors and vendor manpower). Work Sequences and Activities
3) Evaluating the Quantity of materials utilized and confirming with Drawings
4) Prepare and Review of Design Documentation. Drawings and ensure that it is line with required sequence of civil site works and the over project time schedule,
5) Good Knowledge or tiling. ACP sheets work, civil maintenance repair such as painting. Ceiling work, carpentry and painting.
6) Analyzing water leakages from and plan rectification &Well versed with CAD
7) Evaluate and Control Sub Contractors Work Progress
8) Control of Materials required and planning
